He began his professional career in Pilates training under the renowned instructor Ana Delia Benito in New York, initially teaching Pilates and personal training at Sal Anthony&#8217;s Movement Salon.<\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Later, Alejandro obtained certification in Gyrotonic, a discipline that incorporates many elements of Pilates and emphasizes muscle flexibility as well as spinal extension and flexion.
